Parking directions - The lot west of Abundant Life Crossroads Campus is generally available and offers free parking to our guests. You can also find free street parking on Cherry St., Holmes St., and Locust St.

We have a block of hotel rooms with discounted rates reserved at the Crowne Plaza (3 blocks from the T-Mobile Center). Click here to reserve a room.

On-site parking at the Crowne Plaza is available for $20/night with your reservation. You can also explore Kansas City’s various street parking and public garage options nearby.

Arrival & Entrance

• Location: Enter through the Staff Entrance on the west side of the T-Mobile Center (off Grand Blvd). We will have a sign outside pointing you in the right direction!

• Time: Doors open Friday at 4:00 PM for Lead Pastors, spouses, and specified guests.

• Security & Badges: Please have your ID ready for security. You will receive a name badge that grants you come-and-go access through both the Staff Entrance and main doors throughout the weekend.

Guest Policy

To ensure a smooth check-in, security at the Staff Entrance will only admit guests officially listed. This includes Salt Company staff members, Lead Pastors, wives, and specified guests from your registration. Unregistered guests (including staff members and leaders) will need to purchase registration and enter through the main doors starting at 6:00 PM.

Meals

• Provided: All meals from Thursday dinner through Friday lunch are covered.

• On Your Own: Meals following the 403 Gathering. We encourage you to spend Friday dinner connecting with your Network Family Tree. For all other meals, enjoy exploring Kansas City’s fantastic local spots!

Exclusive Spaces

We have reserved specific spaces in the T-Mobile Center to help you relax and connect:

• Club Magenta: Reserved specifically for Lead Pastors and your guests. Stop by for drinks and networking with other network leaders. To find Club Magenta, head to Section 103 and take Elevator A to Level 1.

• The Founders Club: The primary hub for Salt Company staff to connect and grab a drink. You are always welcome in this space as well. As you enter through the Staff Entrance, the Founders Club will be the first space you access.
